This privacy policy also applies to the iOS app HOLO DURAK.
HOLO DURAK can generally be used without a user account, without registration, and without entering mandatory personal data.
4. Local Processing on the Device
Certain app settings are stored locally on the device in order for the app to function as intended. This may include game and display settings, for example selected card colors or similar user-specific preferences. These locally stored data are not automatically transmitted to Harald Rabl.
5. Direct Connection Between Two Devices
When the “Direct Connection” feature is used, the data required for gameplay are processed between the participating devices. This includes in particular player names, game moves, and the current game state.
The QR codes or response codes used to establish the connection are used exclusively to connect two devices. They should only be shared with the person you actually want to play with.
As of the current state of the app, matches in direct connection mode run directly between the participating devices and not through a central game server operated by Harald Rabl.
6. Camera Access in HOLO DURAK
The app may request access to the camera when a QR code is scanned directly with the camera for the purpose of establishing a direct connection. Camera access is used solely for this purpose. As of the current state of the app, camera images are not permanently stored by Harald Rabl.
7. No Advertising, No Analytics by Harald Rabl
As of the current state of the app, HOLO DURAK does not include integrated advertising systems and does not use analytics or tracking services operated by Harald Rabl to create personal usage profiles.
8. Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or you have expressly consented to such disclosure.
9. Your Rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to obtain information about your personal data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection to processing. If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
